Challenge

Supreme Fixture Company in Little Rock, AR, was opening a new retail store that specialized in selling commercial kitchen equipment and supplies. They were looking for a way to introduce the store to a variety of markets.

Solution

Group Five West developed a complete marketing program that would introduce the store to professional chefs, restaurant owners, and high-end residential customers. The program included: a company brochure, direct marketing campaign, trade publication advertising and a company website. ​ Over 11,000 residential customers and 7,000 professional chefs and restaurant owners were reached through the direct marketing campaign within the first 5 months of operation which resulted in a significant increase in new store traffic.
