To address these goals, Group Five West conducted extensive research to analyze Telcoe's current brand and its position within the marketplace.
The rebranding initiative began with a complete redesign of the Telcoe logo and creating a compelling new tagline. The updated branding is designed to resonate with current and prospective members, fostering a more substantial connection through its relatable, member-focused approach. Additionally, we provided a complete social media and digital marketing campaign that increased member membership.
Challenge
Telcoe Federal Credit Union, based in Little Rock, Arkansas, is the state's third-largest Credit Union. They sought innovative ways to attract new members and expand their reach to employer groups unfamiliar with the unique advantages of joining a credit union. Group Five West was hired to provide a new logo, tagline, positioning statement, collateral materials (overview brochure, direct marketing campaign), display design, email marketing, and a new website.

Baldwin & Shell Construction Company hired Group Five West to be the dedicated marketing arm of the company for all divisions across Arkansas and Tennessee for a 24-month timeframe to work with their new CEO during a transitional period in their company history. The agency has worked for the firm on a contract basis on and off for 30 years. Group Five West was responsible for all marketing functions. Website, branding, internal and external marketing communications, social media, and public relations.
Solution
Group Five West managed all marketing projects, from website updates to corporate video production, social media, presentations, and all RFP/RFQ/SOQ designs.
