President
Lisa joined Group Five West in 1987. She started her career as a media buyer after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor's degree in English and a minor in Marketing. Over the years, she moved through roles as a production artist, account executive, and vice president. As a second-generation business owner, Lisa leads the agency in fostering lasting client partnerships. Her areas of expertise include marketing strategy, design and execution, business development, sales management, and team leadership.
Nicole Hemme
Vice President
A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in apparel merchandising and product development focused on marketing, she is a third-generation leader for the agency and continues to drive innovation and excellence. Her skill set includes marketing strategy, campaign management, budget management, goal setting, market analysis, public relations, and brand management. Nicole is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional, a WIX Website Platform Partner Creator, and a recent graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock XXXIX.

Richard Hinkle, a Pennsauken Township, New Jersey visionary, founded Group Five West. After a brief stint in the U.S. Air Force, Richard was captivated by Arkansas's inviting quality of life. Inspired by its people and atmosphere, he completed his service and returned to New Jersey to pursue his true passion—art.
Richard enrolled at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where he specialized in graphic design. Upon graduation, he garnered valuable experience at various small agencies in the Philadelphia area, representing prestigious clients such as RCA Victor Corporation, Smith Kline & French, and New Holland Farm Manufacturing Company.
With a unique blend of creative insight, meticulous problem-solving abilities, and robust technical skills, Richard laid the groundwork for Group Five West to build a stellar portfolio of successful client relationships. Today, we honor his legacy by delivering innovative solutions and fostering enduring partnerships.
