Telcoe was looking to illustrate the advantages of joining a credit union to new members and employer groups while continuing to show current members the role they have played in their success.
Group Five West performed rigorous research for Telcoe to uncover information about the current brand and its position in the marketplace. We merged the data to create an in-depth brand positioning strategy. We started with redesigning the logo and adding a new relatable and member-focused tagline that quickly conveys why Telcoe differed from other credit unions. Also, the strategy offered an organized and consistent approach to prospects that continues to increase new opportunities, engagement, and brand recognition.
